Vertical IT is great, they’re very knowledgeable and if something needs to be done, they’ll find a way to do it. They’re good, prompt, and reliable; exactly what’s important when it comes to IT. Their rates are spot on and they’re definitely worth what you pay! If we have a server go down at midnight, I can give them a call, and if need be, they’d be right on site at 2 am. They’ll do whatever needs to be done to get it done.
