VIT MSP Select is a package of managed services designed to significantly reduce the burdens of software distribution and other mundane, repetitive technical administration tasks. Asset Discovery & Management

VIT MSP Select includes 4 hours of remote desktop assistance each month.

Of course, some issues require a physical presence to resolve, so Vertical IT has a variety of onsite service offerings to meet your specific onsite needs. In addition to Technology Advisor services, MSP Select includes at least 6 hours of onsite assistance each month. Your Vertical IT account manager can help define a support plan to meet your specific needs.

Web-Based Helpdesk

Vertical IT online helpdesk automates tracking and managing end users' requests for assistance. Users can submit requests directly via web or email. Vertical IT technical staff is automatically alerted to new, overdue and escalated requests. End users can be updated on the status of their requests via e-mail and are notified when their request has been received and completed. Management can review all open service requests and service quality metrics and identify training needs of individuals or specific topics based on the number of service requests

Web-Based Knowledgebase

Vertical IT’ web based knowledgebase provides end users the tools they need for answers to common questions and problems. This saves time spent responding to identical questions over and over.
